GreenPoint Ag Acquires GC Ag Products, LLC’s Augusta, AR Agronomy Business

Decatur, Ala. — July 27, 2026 — GreenPoint Ag Holdings, LLC ("GreenPoint Ag") today announced the successful acquisition of the business and assets of GC Ag Products, LLC ("GC Ag"), an independent agronomy retailer headquartered in Augusta, Arkansas. The acquisition expands GreenPoint Ag’s presence in eastern Arkansas and strengthens its commitment to serving growers throughout the Southeast.

Founded in 2017, GC Ag has earned a reputation for providing trusted agronomic expertise, crop nutrition, soil health solutions, foliar nutrition programs, and crop-specific recommendations that help growers maximize productivity and profitability. The company has built lasting relationships with customers by combining local knowledge with a strong commitment to personalized service.
